The Head of Corporate Development is responsible for managing the existing relations with corporates, NGO, governments that interact and work together with H-FARM Education. He/She will be the pivotal point of all main activities performed by H-FARM Education business units with external partners and clients, developing and implementing corporate learning solutions and programs that enhance the skills and competencies of companies and business professionals. The successful candidate will identify the needs of the companies, oversee the development of customized learning programs, collaborate with industry experts, lead a team of learning professionals, and manage the end-to.end delivery of world-class programs.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, identifying needs and opportunities, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with H-FARM Education and its learning programs
    • Develop and implement corporate learning strategies and programs that meet the needs of corporate clients
    • Create customized learning solutions that align with business goals and objectives
    • Lead the development and delivery of high-quality training programs that are engaging, effective, and innovative
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts, to design and develop training programs
    • Manage the performance and development of the corporate learning team and delivery team
    • Provide thought leadership on corporate learning trends and best practices
    • Develop and manage the corporate learning budget and performance
    • Construct, maintain and review the Corporate development pipeline facilitating periodical Business Development meetings with all key internal stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate learning and business development, including experience in designing and delivering customized training programs
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality training programs
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide thought leadership 
    • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and pipelines
    • Experience in managing regulatory and legal compliance in a corporate learning environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
