For the H-FARM International School (H-IS)'s sales and admissions office, we are looking for a young and motivated graduate to support our team.
Working within the Admission Team of H-FARM International School, the Admissions Intern monitors and processes international and national student applications for all class year levels (nursery, elementary, middle, high school). Ensures that the correct documentation is submitted by prospective families and responds to their inquiries regarding the Admissions and enrollment procedures. Communicates effectively and promptly with prospective families via email, phone, virtual meetings, etc. Performs additional Admissions-related duties and responsibilities as requested
ACTIVITIES
- Organise school visits and lead school tours for prospective families
- Update and manage database of applicants
- Reviewing applications to ensure that all required documents have been submitted
- Communicate with prospective international families via telephone, e-mail, virtual meeting, etc.
- Providing information regarding the admissions process and school policies to students and their parents.
- Organise and update transcripts, IEPs, reference letters and other documents
- Other duties as assigned by the Admissions Managers, and/or the Head of Marketing and Admissions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Preference will be given to those who have previous experience working with international students in an educational setting.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferred a background in relevant studies including psychology, communication, English, public relations or marketing.
