Service Design - Internship
Unit:  Innovation

Type: Full Time
Min. Experience: Entry Level

In H-FARM we have a business unit called SIC, where each letter corresponds to one of the things we love to bring to our customers: Strategy, Innovation and Culture. In other words, the companies that contact us ask for help to bring a strategy and a culture of innovation in their world, where they feel that something has to change. This change can be applied to the business and to the organization, and in H-FARM we try to give our point of view on how the transformation should work for both. We do this by taking a different look at he services or the products of our clients that are evolving, or by supporting their employees in acquiring new skills or methodologies, or by introducing new tools and platforms inside the workflow.

SIC is driven by a human-centered culture where design, storytelling, development and many other disciplines are all combined to bring meanings to people, employees and organizations. In this multidisciplinary scenario Service Design comes into play. As our intern in Service Design, you will be part of all this.

What can we offer you?

Surely so much support, training, mentorship, challenges to let you push yourself to the next goal and to give room to your ambitions. In SIC we do not work only for clients, but we also dedicate a lot of time and energy to developing R&D projects. This perspective is born from the desire to create and experiment with the tools we use every day. This is how our project management tool was created, through which we manage every strategic and operational detail of our work and the collaborative platforms that today are being adopted with satisfaction also by our largest international customers. If you choose to try to be part of our team, you must also prepare to travel: we have several locations in Italy and the exchange of skills and collaboration is very active in particular between the two main hubs, Roncade and Milan.
